For certain official purposes you need a sworn translation. A sworn translation is a translation that is provided with a signature, stamp and declaration of the translator (the final clause) and attached to the source text. KWinTaal provides sworn translations from and to English and from French.
If you want KWinTaal to do a sworn translation for you, you can mail a scan of the document to be translated to info@kwintaal.nl. You will then receive an estimate of the price and delivery time for that document. When the translation is completed, you can come and pick it up or it can be sent to you by post. The final document consists of (a copy of) the original document with, attached to it, the translation and the final clause, containing the stamp and signature of the translator. These are verifiable at the court of justice where the translator is registered as a sworn translator, in this case the court of justice of Groningen.
